Description

Vandoren V5 Mouthpieces for Soprano Saxophone are a very good choice in mouthpiece for the classical saxophonist. The mouthpieces have a flat baffle, small bore, and a normally shaped chamber which give the mouthpiece a smooth and controllable tone quality without all of the brightness and harsh qualities that large baffles tend to bring out in other mouthpieces. Although the normal version of this mouthpiece is great for classical playing there are select models of the V5 that are designed for jazz playing. The Vandoren V5 Soprano Saxophone Mouthpiece does not include a ligature and cap, and it is recommended by Vandoren to use their Optimum ligature (purchased separately) for best results. Cap and Ligature NOT Included.
