The TSQD-128A has been evaluated and tested by TASCAM's media engineering group, and has been approved for compatibility and performance with TASCAM products. TheTSQD-128A ensures high stability and operation.

Random Access-Resistant Media, Stability at its Highest Level
Media devices that use flash memory such as SD cards tend to decrease in write speed (file fragmentation) with repeated use/writing. This decrease can have a negative impact during recording. To ensure high-stability operation, TASCAM has conducted in-house original media evaluations and selected media which is IC resistant to repeated random access. This rigorous testing insures performance that will not decrease in speed, even after repeated writing access. In addition, stable operation can be ensured with most non-TASCAM products that support the SDXC standard.

Verified Compatibility with TASCAM Products
The TSQD-128A has been evaluated in combination with TASCAM products. To ensure quality control, each card is checked and pre-formatted by TASCAM before shipment to ensure cards are operational, making them ready for use immediately.

Reliability is Aassured by Using Only Specified and Approved Parts
TASCAM worked in cooperation with the media manufacturer to ensure that only fixed components (control ICs, memory devices, etc.) verified to work with TASCAM products are implemented into the SD cards. By specifying all components, there is less chance for incompatibility due to production reasons, and we can assure high stability for all TASCAM products.

Maximum Writing Speed of 85MB/sec
The TSQD-128A supports UHS-I and achieves a high-speed performance with a maximum transfer rate of 95MB/sec (read) and 85MB/sec (write). UHS-I - Abbreviation for "Ultra High Speed," a standard that increases the speed of the bus interface and improves transfer speeds.

Guaranteed Minimum Speed Class of 30MB/sec
The TSQD-128A supports UHS Speed Class 3 and Video Speed Class V30.
