The Mondo® 12" Snare Drum is a unique and versatile instrument that combines the earthy sound of a traditional hand drum with the power and projection of a snare drum. It is constructed with an Acousticon® shell and a Mondo® Skyndeep® drumhead, giving it a warm, rich tone that is perfect for various musical genres. The Mondo® Snare Drum is also notable for its unconventional rimless tuning apparatus. This allows for a wide range of sounds, from subtle and delicate, to loud and aggressive.
The drum can be played with sticks, brushes, or mallets, as well as with your hands and fingers. Whether you are a seasoned percussionist or a beginner, the Mondo® Snare Drum is an excellent addition to any drum set or world percussion setup. It is available in two finishes: Brown Earth and Black Earth.
