The 10" 2002 Mega Bell adds a piercing, heavy bell sound with tremendous sustain to rock drummers' setups, which is impossible to ignore even in loud situations.
Its sound character is bright, yet warm. Played with the shoulder of the drumstick an extremely powerful, woody attack dominates, flowing into a strong, slightly glimmering tone that fades very slowly.
Like the legendary 2002 cymbals, the 10" 2002 Mega Bell is also well-suited for other styles. Percussionists and musical experimenters will discover extraordinary, captivating sounds, depending on where you hit the bell or when played with various mallets.
2002s are entirely made by hand in Switzerland from the original CuSn8 bronze using traditional methods that have remained unchanged in over half a century.
