This Acrylic 6.5x14" snare celebrates the 25th Anniversary of PDP with a special fusion of seamless acrylic shells, walnut-stained hoops, and a commemorative badge. Acrylic shells have been a mainstay in popular music due to their appealing looks and their bright attack, focused tone, and controlled sustain.
This seamless shell is fitted with walnut-stained wood hoops, which adds a throaty tonal element and slightly increases warmth. These drums are also fitted with DW's MAG throw-off, while True-Pitch tension rods offer more accurate and secure tuning. These drums are fitted with Remo heads
