The AD200 is Orange's flagship bass amp, bringing together all the features and versatility that any modern player could wish for, presented via the iconic super-clean, pics-only front panel and all wrapped up in that classic Orange tone.
Designed on the premise that the best tone comes from the shortest signal path from guitar to speaker, the AD200 is beautifully uncomplicated, featuring inputs for both active and passive instruments, a simple but powerful EQ, and a clean switch to hold off on the crunch if desired.
Driven by four KT88 valves pushing 200 Watts, the AD200 produces deep, dynamic low end and warm, rich mids. The gain structure offers players of all styles mellow cleans through to hyper-saturation, and whatever the situation, there's no shortage of punch. And for those who want to retain clean tones at high volumes, the AD200's Clean switch will back off from Orange's classic high-gain fuzz.
