The sleek offset poplar body and bolt-on maple neck provide a rock-solid foundation, while the 12"-16" compound radius bound laurel fingerboard with pearloid sharkfins allows for easy chording and fret-out free soloing. 24 jumbo frets and Jackson's meticulously crafted neck heel provide unfettered access to the highest registers.
Oozing with attitude, the Surfcaster comes loaded with a high-output Jackson bridge humbucker, ready to pump out the thick, saturated distortion tones that built the Jackson legacy. Simplicity reigns with a single volume control on this seven-string model. The Surfcaster also comes equipped with a Jackson's robust hardtail bridge to keep tuning stable and setup perfect.
