Description
Voiced by tone guru Tim Shaw, Cobalt Chrome utilizes the perfect magnetic combination to unlock the full tonal potential of your P/J Bass. The Cobalt Chrome bass pickups use our own proprietary blend of a FeCrCo magnet that bring a new voice and attitude to your instrument.
Cobalt Chrome magnets bring added punch, hi-fi clarity and dynamic range for players looking to define their own sound. The set includes a split-coil Precision Bass® middle pickup and Jazz Bass® bridge pickup for one of the most versatile tone combinations available. The distinctive-looking chrome-ringed cover acts as a shield to help eliminate 60-cycle hum, making these pickups a remarkably true and quiet split-coil option.
Features
• Proprietary FeCrCo magnets for clear hi-fi tone
• Adjustable pole pieces for custom balanced output
• Formvar magnet wire for bright, glassy tone
• Chrome-ringed black covers
• Wax-potted
• Installation hardware included
