For almost 70 years, the Gretsch Jet has been the trademark of iconic players. Nick 13 brings his own styling touch to this classic instrument with dark and moody design elements including a sleek black finish, white mesh, oxblood pickguard with TigerBat logo and signature matching rod cover, cream pickup inserts, chrome elements and signature TigerBat beaded inlays.
Black Top Filter’Tron pickups amplify and accentuate the Jet’s chambered mahogany body and maple top to produce a wide, balanced and transparent sound. Together, the body and pickups thunder with full, sensitive bass and midrange, with a treble that sparkles without spikes.
A set of individual controls for pickup volume, master tone and master volume with treble bleed circuit allow intuitive control of pickup and tone settings.
This unique instrument also features a lower mahogany neck for effortless access and performance, a 12″ radius laurel fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, a Bigsby® B50 vibrato tailpiece and an anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge.
