Description
Perform at the speed of inspiration
Combining song-based looping and organic rhythms in a compact package, the RC-10R brings fresh inspiration to live performances, songwriting sessions and everyday practice. This new-generation Loop Station is a real-time creation machine, allowing you to develop spontaneous music that moves and grooves with two unique song sections, intros/finals and rhythmic fills. Integrated controls and visual loop indicators enable simple, stand-alone operation, while extensive control is possible with external switches and MIDI. A vast library of rhythms is available to cover almost any musical genre, and you can even import your own rhythms to customize the RC-10R for specific songs and styles.
Next-generation loop station for modern song artists
BOSS’ famous Loop Station products are the world’s leading loops, with a wide range of models to meet the unique creative needs of all types of musicians. The RC-10R introduces a new generation of Loop Station, inspired by the hard-hitting rhythms of the most popular modern artists, with song-style loops. Designed for impromptu musical creation, the RC-10R offers guitarists and singer-songwriters a unique, fluid tool for developing ideas and making live performances more dynamic and convincing.
A song-based looper and a smart drum machine all in one
The RC-10R combines loops and rhythms in the most sophisticated and interactive way. Unlike the more basic guide rhythms of other Loop Stations, each of the RC-10R’s rhythms features complete song structures with separate parts. The two-track loop engine works in series and is perfectly synchronized with the rhythm, allowing you to capture independent song sections with their own unique rhythmic support. Two fill variants bring natural energy to the transition between sections, while introductory and final fills let you start and finish pieces organically.
Extended control for experienced users
With its interactive screens and multi-function controls, the RC-10R is a self-contained power station. But some users want even more control, and the RC-10R delivers even more. For starters, there’s a jack for connecting up to two pedals or an expression pedal, allowing extensive control of stop, undo/redo, loop volume and other functions. To take things a step further, full MIDI I/O is provided on space-saving TRS mini-jacks, opening up a host of direct-access functions and synchronization options with other MIDI devices.
