Description
The Alesis Nitro Mesh is a complete 8-piece electronic drum kit based on the new generation of Alesis Mesh drumhead technology. Mesh skins are the overwhelming preference of drummers when playing electronic kits because of their natural feel and ultra-quiet response. The Alesis Nitro Mesh is equipped with a two-zone 8″ snare drum and (3) 8″ mesh toms. It includes everything you need to build a complete drum kit; (3) 10″ cymbals, a custom Alesis hi-hat pedal and foot pedal, and a durable 4-post aluminum stand. We also include all wiring, power supply and drum key for easy installation. All this connects to the powerful Nitro electronic drum module with hundreds of percussion sounds, 40 different kits and 60 integrated play tracks.
Extended sounds
The Nitro module is full of sounds and surprises. The backlit LCD display makes navigation easy. The drum and cymbal buttons are arranged to resemble the layout of a traditional kit, so it’s easy to assign sounds and create kits quickly. The Nitro module comes complete with 40 classic and modern ready-to-use kits. Easily adjust any existing kit, or create your own using the 385 superior drum, cymbal and percussion sounds included in the Nitro module.
Extended features
Inside the Nitro module, you’ll also find valuable extras. Integrated learning includes 60 music tracks and a built-in metronome to improve your skills. There’s even an advanced sequencer and performance recorder to enhance your musical potential. In addition to the USB MIDI connection for use with computers and mobile devices, the Nitro module also offers MIDI In and Out sockets so you can connect to your favorite drum machine, sound module or other MIDI audio equipment. There’s a headphone jack for private practice, plus stereo outputs for connecting to a PA system, amplifier or recording console. The stereo auxiliary input lets you jam to your favorite tracks on your CD or MP3 player.
