From the 200-watt Catalyst 200, capable of holding its own on almost any stage, to the 60-watt Catalyst 60, perfect for sexercing, recording and playing in small venues, there’s a Catalyst amp for every guitarist.
The Catalyst 200 amplifier works like a traditional guitar amp, but with the added versatility of a modern amp. Catalyst amplifiers offer six original dampli designs ranging from pure tone to modern high-gain, designed using Line 6 HX’s renowned sound design techniques to ensure exceptional sound and feel. These powerful, rugged amplifiers are equally at home on stage or in the studio, and feature an XLR line output and a 4-channel USB recording interface. You’ll also find custom damplification circuits for each dampli type, a dedicated reverb section with six reverb types, 18 additional effects, an effects loop, a power amp input for using the Catalyst as an amplified loudspeaker, MIDI capabilities and power attenuation options for playing at any volume. The free Catalyst Edit application for desktop and mobile devices offers in-depth editing capabilities.
