Embodying the most advanced digital audio conversion designs on the market, this superb interface features Focusrite's precision 24-bit AD and DA conversion with a dynamic range of 120dB, sample rates up to 192kHz and JetPLLTM technology for ultra-low-jitter clock recovery.

Focusrite has many years of experience in both analogue and digital conversion design, and RedNet 1 couples that excellence with the extraordinary versatility, flexibility and performance of the DanteTM audio networking system. Thanks to this perfect technological partnership, the RedNet 1 interface can be easily matched with any combination of additional RedNet interfaces enabling up to 128 inputs and 128 outputs. Using the optional RedNet PCIe card, extremely low latency can be achieved, under three milliseconds at any sample rate.

Dante uses standard IP-based networking and components, such as Ethernet cables, routers and switches, to carry up to 256 channels (128 in / 128 out) of high-resolution digital audio over a standard Ethernet network.
