Audix MB2450HC carbon fiber boom system with 24" MicroBoom and Micro Series M1250B hypercardioid microphone.
The 24" MicroBoom is a carbon fiber rod compatible with the M1250B or M1255B microphones. Lightweight and able to attach to any microphone stand, the MicroBoom is a problem solver for many hard-to-reach miking applications including choir, live theater and orchestra.
The M1250B with hypercardioid capsule yields slightly more off-axis noise and feedback rejection than the cardioid pattern, while reproducing audio in great detail and clarity. A wide variety of applications includes choir capturing, overhead cymbals, speech, ambient room capturing and percussion. Each microphone comes with a fully integrated preamp and detachable cable providing immunity from RF interference caused by cell phones and GSM devices. The 25' cable, with mini XLR - XLR connectors, attaches to the end of the MicroBoom for a clean, discreet look.
The MicroBoom provides an ultra-clean, professional and elegant appearance on stage while providing exceptional performance and portability.
