Description

The A6 Ultra guitar continues the tradition of innovation characteristic of Godin’s A-series guitars, such as combining an incredible amplified acoustic sound with the feel of an electric guitar neck, and the chambered body that eliminates almost all feedback on stage and in high-volume situations.

These features were stronger than ever on the A6 Ultra, with the added punch provided by Godin’s humbucker pickup, mounted close to the neck, and the bridge saddle transducer. The two outputs (acoustic and electric) overlap to produce an impressive stereo sound. Godin’s Custom preamplifier, specially designed for the A6 Ultra, allows the guitarist to adjust his tone with sliding knobs for acoustic volume, treble, midrange and bass, and independent knobs for humbucker volume, treble and bass.

Whether you’re using just the acoustic sound or the mix with both outputs, the control buttons are right at your fingertips! The A6 Ultra guitar is perfect for musical styles ranging from jazz to rock to country, not to mention a superb slide guitar if you’re feeling bluesy.
